The Curved Teeth Gear Coupling is a high-performance and high-torque mechanical coupling designed for heavy-duty power transmission. It consists of an inner sleeve with internal gears and an outer hub with external gears. The external gear teeth adopt a curved (crowned) tooth profile, which increases the contact area and provides excellent self-aligning capability. This design allows the coupling to compensate for angular, radial, and axial misalignment while delivering stable and efficient torque transmission.
