Tyre couplings use a highly elastic rubber tyre element as the flexible transmission component, providing exceptional vibration damping and superior misalignment compensation. With high flexibility, easy installation, and no lubrication required, tyre couplings are an ideal solution for medium–low speed, high-torque applications and for equipment that requires strong shock absorption.

Hubs: Cast iron, ductile iron, or steel
Rubber Tyre Element: Natural rubber (NR), NBR, CR, or oil-resistant / wear-resistant rubber (various hardness options available)
Clamping Flanges: Ductile iron or steel
Surface Treatment:
Black oxide, painting, phosphating, galvanizing, or customized finishing upon request.
Our tyre couplings are fully interchangeable with Dunlop, Fenner, Chiaravalli, TB Woods, KTR T-PUR Tyre Couplings, and other international standard models. Non-standard versions can also be produced based on customer drawings or samples.
